Welcome to SheezzBeautiful.com. This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, which require the publication of the rules and regulations, privacy policy, and Terms of Use for access or usage of the Sheezz Beautiful online platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”).

The Platform is owned by Sheezz Beautiful.

Your use of the Sheezz Beautiful platform and its services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) as applicable to Sheezz Beautiful, including the relevant policies incorporated herein by reference. By using the Sheezz Beautiful Platform, you enter into a contract with Sheezz Beautiful Pvt. Ltd., the owner of the Platform. These terms and conditions, along with the policies, constitute your binding obligations with Sheezz Beautiful.

For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context requires, “You” or “User” shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a user of the Platform by providing data during the registration process. The terms “Sheezz Beautiful,” “We,” “Us,” and “Our” shall refer to Sheezz Beautiful Pvt. Ltd. and its affiliates.

When you use any of the services provided by Sheezz Beautiful through the Platform, including but not limited to product reviews, seller reviews, you will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to such services. These will be deemed incorporated into these Terms of Use and considered part of this agreement. Sheezz Beautiful reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms of Use at any time without prior written notice to you. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms of Use periodically for updates or changes. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the revised Terms of Use. As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, Sheezz Beautiful grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to access and use the Platform. By accepting these Terms of Use, you also accept and agree to be bound by Sheezz Beautiful’s policies, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy as amended from time to time.

1. User Account, Password, and Security: If you use the Platform, you shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You will be responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree that any information you provide during the registration process shall be accurate, current, and complete. Sheezz Beautiful reserves the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if it is determined that the information provided is untrue, inaccurate, not current, incomplete, or not in accordance with these Terms of Use.

In case there is reason to believe that there may be a breach of security or misuse of your account, Sheezz Beautiful may request you to change your password or suspend your account without any liability to Sheezz Beautiful, for a period deemed appropriate. Sheezz Beautiful shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this provision.

Your mobile phone number is treated as your primary identifier on the Platform. It is your responsibility to ensure that your mobile phone number and email address are up to date on the Platform at all times. You agree to notify Sheezz Beautiful promptly if your mobile phone number or email address changes and update it through OTP verification. Sheezz Beautiful shall not be liable for any activities or consequences arising from your failure to update your revised mobile phone number and/or email address on the Platform. You also agree to immediately notify Sheezz Beautiful of any unauthorized use or breach of your account.

If you share your account or allow others access to it, you will be solely responsible for all activities conducted under your account. If your account remains inactive for a period of 2 years, your data, including transactional data, may be deleted from our records, and you will not be able to access such data.

2. Services Offered: Sheezz Beautiful provides various Internet-based services through the Platform. One such service enables users to purchase original merchandise, including clothing, footwear, and accessories, from various fashion and lifestyle brands (collectively, “Products”). These Products can be purchased through the Platform using various payment methods. The sale and purchase of Products are governed by specific policies, including but not limited to the cancellation policy, exchange policy, and return policy, which can be found on the FAQ page of the Platform. Please note that when creating a return request, users are required to confirm that the product being returned is unused and has its original tags intact. If a product is found to be used, damaged, or missing its original tags, the return request will be declined, and the product will be re-shipped to the customer. In such cases, the user will not be eligible for a refund, and Sheezz Beautiful assumes no liability. If the user fails to accept the re-shipped product, they will still not be eligible for a refund, and Sheezz Beautiful assumes no liability for the return or refund of the re-shipped product. Additionally, these Terms of Use may be supplemented by product-specific conditions displayed with that product.

Sheezz Beautiful does not warrant that the product descriptions or other content on the Platform are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free, and it assumes no liability in this regard.

3. Platform for Transaction and Communication: The Platform serves as a platform for users to meet and interact with each other for transactions. Sheezz Beautiful is not and cannot be a party to or control any transaction between users of the Platform. Specifically:

All commercial and contractual terms are offered and agreed upon solely between buyers and sellers. These terms include, but are not limited to, price, shipping costs, payment methods, payment terms, delivery dates, warranties, and after-sales services related to products and services. Sheezz Beautiful does not have any control over or involvement in the offering or acceptance of these terms between buyers and sellers.
Sheezz Beautiful does not make any representations or warranties regarding the specifics (such as quality, value, salability, etc.) of the products or services offered or purchased on the Platform.
Sheezz Beautiful is not responsible for any non-performance or breach of any contract between buyers and sellers. Sheezz Beautiful cannot guarantee that the concerned buyers and/or sellers will complete any transaction on the Platform.
Sheezz Beautiful holds no right, title, or interest in the products, and it has no obligations or liabilities regarding any contract entered into between buyers and sellers.

The Platform is solely a communication tool that enables users to buy and sell products or services. It is agreed that any contract for the sale of products or services will be strictly between the seller and the buyer, with Sheezz Beautiful serving as the platform for communication.
