Return Policy:

We understand that you may receive a damaged or defective product on rare occasions. In such cases, we offer a straightforward return policy to promptly address your concerns. Here’s what you need to know:

    • You can request a return only if you receive a damaged or defective product.
    • Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving the product. We recommend that you inspect the product as soon as it is delivered.
  2. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at customercare@sheezzbeautiful.com within 3 days of receiving the product.
    • You will be required to provide clear unboxing video footage showing the damaged or defective item. This video is crucial to assess the issue and process your return efficiently.
    • Our team will review the video and your request. If the return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return.
  3. Return Conditions:

    • The product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received.
    • Any accessories, tags, labels, or promotional items included with the product must also be returned.
    • Products that have been used or damaged due to customer mishandling will not be eligible for returns.
  4. Refund Process:

    • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  5. Shipping Charges:

    • If your return is approved due to a damaged or defective product, we will refund the full purchase amount, including any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase.
  6. Non-Returnable Items:

    • We do not accept returns for reasons other than damage or defects. Please choose your products carefully before making a purchase.

Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at customercare@sheezzbeautiful.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping/Delivery:

We offer shipping pan India to ensure your favorite products reach your doorstep. We ship our orders within 2-4 days. Our delivery times vary depending on your location can take 7-10 days. Please note that we do not offer international shipping at this time.
